Cecil Otter

Cecil Otter (born Kyle Smith, July 16, 1980) is a rapper and producer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a founding member of the indie hip-hop collective Doomtree, admired for a cinematic, lyrical style that blends storytelling with sepia-toned imagery of loners, lovers, and ghosts.
